Claire Robinson has spent her career thus far specializing in political campaigns and policy research. Before starting with the South Carolina Republican Party in May 2020, Claire worked for various conservative political consultants based in the Palmetto State. Most recently, she served as Director of Campaigns for one of those firms, guiding campaign strategy for 13 clients across the state–ranging from sheriff races to General Assembly races. She focused heavily on social media strategy and earned media strategy, as she does now in her current position as Communications Director for the Party. During her undergraduate career, Claire was the Agency Director for The Carolina Agency, worked on several political campaigns in both communications and political roles, served as a statehouse page, and assisted one of the top Republican political fundraisers in the state. A Rock Hill, S.C. native, Claire graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations.
